Christmas in the Shed was a Christmas Eve event that I co-ordinated for Blackwood Uniting Church in 2018. It was based around music written and collected by Leigh Newton in two books/albums, and the prose and art book by Norm Habel and Pro Hart, Outback Christmas. The script with links is here. It was a pretty epic evening with over 200 people of all ages attending, many of whom did not attend worship at Blackwood regularly. There was lots of participation, and a heap of work on the visuals as well as the music, thanks to a bunch of very skilled musos, both local and imported.
We also had fabulous staging and lighting by Mark Williams and Tim Lee (and his son Rohan). I hope you enjoy what we did!
