Pilgrimages
The Centre seeks to offer pilgrimages to both the Taizé Community in France and to the Iona Community in Scotland. Please register your interest in future pilgrimages.
Past Pilgrimages
Taizé Pilgrimage 2019
In July 2019 the Centre led a pilgrimage of young adults to the community at Taizé in France. This ecumenical community opens its life to young adults from around the globe. Their ministry is one of reconciliation.
Adnyamathanha Spirituality Pilgrimage 2016
In May 2016 we led a pilgrimage to the Flinders Ranges to hear traditional stories, explore songlines, learn about the land and delve into understanding what it means to be people of faith who listen to the ancient voice of God. This was part of our Musician in Residence program in 2016.
Iona Pilgrimage 2015
In August 2015 we led a pilgrimage of 14 people to visit the Isle of Ion and the Holy Island of Lindisfarne. On this journey we explored the history and life of both islands, while also joining in the great story of pilgrimage, community and retreat.
Taizé Pilgrimage 2013
In July 2013 we led a pilgrimage of 16 young adults to visit the Community of Taizé. This journey to Taizé was about connecting with the global church, and seeking transformation of heart and mind along the way.
